Through development of over 20 years, Huadu has now passed the GMP certification of State Food and Drug Administration of China, equipped it with first class medicine production and test equipment with a designed annual slices capacity of 2000t.

Huadu has invested 18 million Yuan and purchased a complete series of Chinese medicine material processing equipment, including medicine washing machine, slicing machine, drying machine, infiltrating machine, boiling pot, frying machine, etc., established advanced slices processing line, and cultivated a group of professional talents on medicine materials processing. Inheriting from traditional Chinese medicine process theory and based on the modern equipment, Huadu produces medicine slices in a safe, close and environmentally friendly way to achieve the modernized and professional slice production and provide safe, reliable and quality genuine medicine materials to customers.

Huadu also purchased advanced product quality test equipment, including the thin layer chromatogram scanner and high performance liquid chromatograph, which enable Huadu to conduct self-inspection of medicines on authenticity and the residue of sulfur dioxide, heavy metal and pesticide, etc. Tracking inspection will be implemented to products on raw materials, semi-finished products, and the finished products, so as to ensure the quality and safety of the final medicine products.
